PERSONAL INFORMATION HANDLING AND RELATIVE PURPOSES Below, we summarize all the operations we perform that imply the collection, conservation or processing of your personal information and the purposes of each one. a. we collect and conserve your personal information to provide the service and to provide Judicial Authorities the required information; b. we process the personal information that you provide, and that deduced from your navigation on the web, based on a process that is better explained in the general conditions of service, for the purpose of defining your commercial profile; c. the use of your commercial profile by Rigoli FIME for the marketing and promotions purposes of Rigoli FIME; d. the collection, conservation and processing of your personal information for administrative-accounting purposes, including the possible e-mail transmission of commercial invoices; e. the use of your commercial profile by Rigoli FIME for the marketing and promotional purposes of third parties; METHOD OF HANDLING The handling will be totally automated using a process that allows us to measure the commercial attitudes of customers as shown by their behaviour on the web. Rigoli FIME will adopt a system to analyse accesses limited to a predefined list of sites that best represent the Customer's interest, strictly and exclusively from a commercial point of view. The list consists of the most representative sites from a commercial perspective. Such sites will be selected from the most popular and well-established for each merchandise category. The catalogue thus defined will be kept updated and will periodically be audited by Rigoli FIME. Rigoli FIME, through its system for forming and conserving this catalogue, ensures and guarantees that the above-mentioned catalogue will not include sites that directly or indirectly have to do with subjects having to do with sensitive information in conformity with articles 4, letter D, and 26 of DL 196/2003. For this reason, any handling that could directly, or indirectly, have to do with sensitive data, will be excluded in advance. FREEDOM TO GIVE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL Personal information must be provided for the purposes in points 'a', 'b', 'c' and 'd'. If you refuse your consent, the services cannot be provided. HOLDER AND MANAGER OF THE HANDLING The owner for handling purposes is Rigoli FIME Via Riva di Trento, 24 - 20139 Milano - Italy. Any instances in conformity with article 7 of DL 196/2003 must be addressed to Rigoli FIME. The Sole Manager in conformity with article 29 of DL 196/2003 is the internal role of Rigoli FIME. RIGHTS OF PERSONS INVOLVED Article 7 of DL 196/2003 (Rights of persons involved) 1. In relation to the handling of personal information, the person involved has the right to know what information about him/her is being handled, even if not yet recorded, and to receive a copy of it in intelligible form. 2. The person involved has a right to know: • the origin of the information; • the purposes of its handling; • the handling logic; • contact information for the Holder and Managers; • the subjects to whom it could be given. 3. In addition, the person has the right: • to have the information updated, corrected or supplemented; • the information deleted, converted to anonymous form or blocked from handling in violation of the law, including those in which its conservation is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently handled; • certification that the operations in the preceding point were brought to the attention of all those who were given the information, except in the case where this is impossible or would involve the use of means that are obviously disproportionate to the right being protected. 4. The person involved has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: • the handling of the personal information that regards him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose for which it was gathered; • the handling of the personal information that regards him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials.
